Billy Wayne Cutler

Billy Wayne Cutler, 81 of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away peacefully at Signature Health & Rehabilitation surrounded by family on Saturday October 12, 2024.  He was born on June 1, 1943, in Halifax County.  He was preceded in death by his parents Chester Cutler and Laura Spence, his brother Danny Spence and his grandson Cody Cutler.

He is survived by his daughters Sara Hale (Patrick Skeenes), Amy Cutler, grandchild Brittany Wright (fiancé Colton Clemmons), great grandchild Lela Clemmons and numerous cousins.

The visitation will be on Tuesday October 15, 2024, 12:30pm to 1:45pm at Hockaday Funeral & Cremations. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 15, 2024, at 2:00pm in the Hockaday Chapel with Pastor Justin Temple presiding, interment will follow in Cedarwood cemetery.

Billy was employed for over 20 years with Little Debbie, he was a gun enthusiast, collector/fanatic and longtime member of the Twin City Rifle Club.
