Betty Louise Rose Tompkins, 86, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025 in Hampton Manor. Ms. Tompkins was born on February 5, 1939 in Halifax County, the daughter of the late Hettie Finch Rose and James W. Rose and was the widow of the late Henry Webster Tompkins.
