Betty Powell Fell, 91, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026 in Liberty Commons. Mrs. Fell was born on August 20, 1934 in Halifax County, the daughter of the late Virgina Parks and Soloman Powell. She was also preceded in death by her son Donnie Fell.

Surviving include her sons: Timmy Fell and Mark Fell (Tammy).
