Bertha Patricia Brewer

Bertha Patricia Brewer, 77 of Becker Drive, Roanoke Rapids passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Halifax Regional Medical Center.

Bertha was born July 24, 1938 in Westmoreland County, PA to the late William Peter Clemens, Sr. and Lida Patricia Baker Clemens.She was also preceded in death by her brothers: William P. Clemens, Jr. and Samuel Clemens; her daughter: Agnes Elizabeth Clemens.

Bertha attended Good News Baptist Church and loved her church family.

She is survived by her daughter: Patricia Louise Brewer of Leechburg, PA; her sisters: Agnes Lee and her husband Bob of Cheasepeake, VA, Mary Ann Clemens, Irene Francis Clemens and Agusta Catherine Boyd; her brother: James Sylvester Clemens.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 1, 2016 at Good News Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy King officiating.Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery.The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church..
