Barbara Hedgepeth Hux, 81, of Aurelian Springs Road, Littleton passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Barbara was born November 9, 1933 in Northampton County to the late Harvey Franklin Hedgepeth and Sarah Parker Hedgepeth .She was also preceded in death by her husband: Howard Warren Hux; and a special friend: William Guy Keeter.
Barbara was a wonderful wife and mother.
She is survived by her son: Timothy Warren Hux of Roanoke Rapids.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 25, 2015 at Cedarwood Cemetery with Rev. Steve Formo officiating.The family will receive friends from 6:30 8:30 P.M. Thursday at the home of her son, Tim, 178 Fairlane Drive, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ebenzer United Methodist Church, PO Box 365, Halifax, NC 27839.
