Barbara Marie Boan, 63, of Roanoke Rapids, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025 at her home. Miss Boan was born in Darlington, SC, the daughter of the late William and Frances Boan.
Surviving include her life partner of over 40 years, Flash Butts, and her sister Cindy Beck.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service with Rev. Stan Lewis officiating. Friends may sign the online register by visiting www.hockadayfs.com.
