Arthur "Tommy" King

Arthur “Tommy” King, 76, of Littleton, NC passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at ECU Health Hospice House in Greenville, NC.  Tommy was born September 17, 1948, in Halifax County to the late Arthur Nathaniel King and Phyllis Geraldine Crawley King. He is preceded in death by his wife Ann King, his son Jason King.

Tommy worked as a supervisor at JP Stevens and at Caledonia Prison.  He also enjoyed hunting and trapping.  He also loved shagging to beach music.

Tommy is survived by his daughter Cathy Duhadaway and husband Brian; his grandchild Jacob “Monkey” Edenbeck, his sisters Susan King Barnes (Frank), Mary Beth King; many nieces and nephews; and his fur baby Dick Tracy.

The family would like to send a special thank you to the caregivers of the Service League of Greenville for their compassion and care.

A graveside service will be at 1:00PM, Friday, April 25, 2025, at Quankie Baptist Church cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Boyd officiating.
