Ann Mcclenny Perdue

Mavis Ann McClenny Perdue, 67, died in Louisburg Saturday, February 20, 2016.

Ms. Perdue was born in Halifax County, November 13, 1948, to the late William James McClenny and Lillie Mae Nines McClenny Wallace. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by E.J. Wallace.

Surviving are two sons, Thomas A. Riley and Ted Anthony Riley; sisters, Faye Stevens and husband, Steve, Betty Hux and husband, Hillery, Edna McClenny and Rhonda Wallace Carlson; her good friends she leaves behind to cherish her memory, Dot Daniel, Tammie Frazier and Tive Medlin. Also surviving are five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The family will receive friends at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service Tuesday, February 23, 2016, from 6:30-8:30 pm. Rev. Randy Martin will conduct funeral services Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Hockadays chapel beginning at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Cemetery.
