Adrain Denton Jones

Adrian Denton Jones, 58, of Roanoke Rapids passed away Monday, July 6, 2020.

Adrian was born January 2, 1962 in Wake County to the late John Jones and Phyllis Denton Jones. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John Henry Denton and Virginia Dare Denton.

Adrian loved his family, his harley’s, his dogs and being an electrician.

Adrian is survived by his wife, Lois Jones; his children, Joshua Jones and his girlfriend Teresa Williams, Jessica Dixon, Dustin Jones and his girlfriend April Lassiter, Shonda Jones and Thomas “Mudhole” Dixon and his friend Heather Carter; his grandchildren, Raven Davis, Julian Johnston, Cadence Jones, Matthew Jones, Jake Bundy, Katie Bundy, Brendan Dixon and Jacob Jones; his special friends, Squeaky Byrum, Brett Swails, James Johnston, Wade “Crash” Johnson, Wesley Johnston, W. G. Johnston, Goat Johnston, Robert Turner and many more at Hux’s Billiards.

A celebration of Adrian’s Life will be held at 4;00 P.M. Saturday, July 11, 2020 in the chapel of Hockaday Funeral and Cremation Service with Pastor Tony Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:30 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service and other times at the home.
